S’il pleut, on peut se rassembler sous l’abri sur l’Île Bate (accessible à partir du pont Champlain).

If it rains: We’ll jam under the Plaza Bridge. How to get there: Starting from the War Memorial at Elgin and Wellington, walk down the stairs. Starting from the National Arts Centre, take the path heading north beside the Rideau Canal.
